## Sales
Total transactions reached 12,491. Offplan properties dominated with 6,084 units, primarily driven by sales. Ready properties totaled 6,407 units, where flats were the most prominent subtype across both categories.

## Rentals
A total of 63,847 contracts were processed. Residential units dominate the volume with 51,966 contracts, followed by 11,536 commercial contracts. Other categories like industrial and storage comprise a minor portion of total volume.
